Today we had another read-through so Shannon, our SM, could get a feel for the show. I really like doing the show all at once so the tension builds and I'm more in character by the end. I'm excited to work more with technical elements so it feels less staggered, but we're still in Zoom so actors are all currently in charge of turning their cameras and mics on and off which interrupts the emotion for me (a minor thing, not really a big deal for rehearsal purposes). Just from our first read to now, I can already see a big difference in everyone's characters. The first years are blowing me away with how dedicated they are and I'm so thrilled to be working with the cast and crew we have.
