We did a full run through with all the tech elements tonight and it went very well! I felt the most emotionally present during the run than I have in rehearsals so far, so I'm really happy with where I'm at this point in the process. The more I become accustomed to acting behind a screen, the easier it gets. I feel like I'm growing my acting skills in a very different way with this show. I'm learning how to convey inner monologue in a more subtle and intimate way because I have to focus less on my body language and more on my facial expressions for my thoughts to come across. I feel like after our two runs tomorrow, I'll have a much better understanding of this style and will be able to do the show justice on Saturday.
